Please note that GWR is introducing a revised emergency timetable with effect from Monday 18th May. This is following new Government guidance and reflects the fact that more people may need to use public transport to travel to work. Government guidance is that other forms of transport such as walking, cycling or, where necessary, a car should be used where possible in order to avoid overcrowding on trains and buses. The social distancing rules should be observed at all times.
ALRUG is pleased to note that its representations to GWR about the long gap in the current timetable between up trains (to Exeter) between 1000 and 1530 at four stations has been addressed, providing a much improved service for Lympstone Commando, Exton, Polsloe Bridge and St James’ Park. All trains will now call at these stations, with the exception of the 1857 Exmouth to Exeter St David’s service.
Passengers are advised to check all train times before travelling.
