at the Manor Hotel Exmouth EX8 2AG

at 7:30pm (Doors open 7.00pm)

The Business of the AGM will be limited to the Agenda below.

After the formal business our guest speaker will be: Matthew Golton (Franchise Development Director, Great Western Railway)

followed by questions to a panel which will include:

Richard Burningham, Devon & Cornwall Rail Partnership Ian Harrison, Heart of South West LEP Dan Okey, Great Western Railway Bruce Thompson, Devon County Council

2. to agree minutes of the AGM held on 20th October 2014
3. to receive reports:

• from the Chairman (circulated in Newsletter 29)
• from the Treasurer (a financial statement will be available)

4. to elect officers for 2016 :

• Chairman
• Vice Chairmen (2)
• Secretary
• Treasurer

5. to elect the Committee for 2016 Maximum number of committee members, including officers, is fifteen. If there is more than one nomination for any position there will be a ballot.
